Get the details you want visible on the screen. Press the button marked "Print Screen" on your keyboard (it's top left in the bunch of buttons between the letter keys and the number keys).
Open "Paint" found under Start Menu > All programs > Accessories (or the graphics package of your choice).
Under the "Edit" menu click "paste". You should see the screen you saved suddenly appear. You can now save it.
Edit: Too late, never mind, job done!Reading this signature is a waste of time0 -
Icesave
Just to let people know, I transfered three accounts on Monday night, one account via Chaps (account remained open), two via Bacs (account were closed), I received the Chaps payment back in my account last night, including Chaps fee, and tonight I have had the Bacs payments returned and the closed accounts reinstated.
Everytime there has been a change to my account, I have had to re-set my password as it has not let me in, but the re-set is easy to do, they give you a 5 letter password & email you a 5 letter password, then you go in & set a new password and you have access to your account.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -

I can't understand how KE are taking so much longer then, what is going on.:( I haven't come across anyone on this site yet who has had there BACS/CHAPS transfers through from KE but would love to stand corrected if I am wrong0 -
I have not fortunately up to now experienced the need to reset my password and have gone through same loop of reinstating balance in Icesave account after failed CHAPS etc.
Do you use Firefox? or IE as not sure if this has a bearing on the matter but I use Firefox.

This method installs a virtual printer on your PC, which allows you to print from any application (Word, IE, etc.) and it just spits out a pdf file. You can either e-mail this to someone to print for you or just keep an archive of files.
Ones I would suggest (both legally free) for Windows are PrimoPDF or PDFCreator.0 -
Direct From Kaupthing Website - Hope this clarifies things a little
'As you may be aware the UK Treasury has taken action to protect your savings, transferring all individuals' savings balances from Kaupthing Edge to ING Direct on the 8th October.
Your savings are now with ING Direct, the world's leading direct savings bank and part of the Dutch based ING Group which is one of the world's largest banks with assets in excess of £1 trillion and 85m customers.
