Have found the telephone geographic number for BOL.

It is 02977606900 ask for BOL customer services.

I shall phone them first thing and insist on a refund.

I have just called for the umpteenth time to be told that not only has my Oct delivery been lost but so has my refund supposedly done last week! Fuming.

The lady I just spoke to told me that BOL is an arm of World Books and that when you telephone, WOrld Books can only tell you what is on screen....everything should be done by email. I am lost in email hell LOL

I just got my first order from them this morning, ordered itabout 2 weeks ago ,so sounds like I was lucky.
It came in a very bashed about looking box by Van but the book inside was cushioned with bubble wrap and was in perfect condition.
