Hello I'm considering buying a Samsung NC10 from argos-clearancebargains on ebay they have very good feedback and at £165 inc delivery and full warranty I think that this seems very good value for money.
I know they have the 3 cell battery but you can use it with a lead to a power socket can't you?Or you can buy one for £30 if you want.
What are you views on this Regards Leachy.
Excellent, I've had one since December 2008 ( when they 1st came out - paid £290 for it). It's a superb machine I use it every day and have never had a problem with it.
Battery life is excellent - you will easily get 4-5 hrs use on one charge.0

If you can get a Samsung NC10 for £165 as discussed on here then it's a bargain. 160Gb H/drive will store you millions of photos.
I was in tesco last night and saw ah HP 110 for £199 (160gb) or £249 with a 250 gb H/drive.
 good value IMHO0

This site has 'open box' Samsung N130 netbooks for £189.89 (free delivery)
 http://thepcbusiness.com/Product/id/692325
Not heard of or used thepcbusiness.com before so no idea what they are like but it's the cheapest price I have seen on that model. [Price is around £40 cheaper than ebuyer, amazon etc] Some reviews of the Samsung N130 here:

There were three black Samsung NC10s left at Asda Minworth this afternoon @ £197. One was unsealed so I checked the battery - 5300mAh, the 6-cell capacity.
So now there are two left.:DIt must be true, I read it on Wikipedia0

            Hi netbook bargain experts!
My local ADSA did not have any Samsungs, but were selling an Acer 531H for £225.
Does anyone know about the Acers? My limited research online suggests they are OK, and use the same processor as the NC10 (Intel Atom N270).
I want a netbook for wordprocessing rather than browsing or serious computing.
Any experiences of Acers would be appreciated, thanks.

I have been looking at netbooks for a couple of months is this one on the 3 offer any good as £420 over 2 years including the 1GB a month seems quite good to me?
It is £17.50/month, 24 month contract, 1GB/month dongle.
 Thanks
