I guess ING dont mind receiving my money but are reluctant to part with it!

hometune - what time on monday did you initiate your bacs? i did mine just after 8pm and it still hasn't arrived at the nominated acct by friday 7am! am getting worried now.

Still no money! Everytime I check whether my money is in my current account and when it is not there it is making me more worried and I get very disappointed. Did a BACS transfer on 4th october and today is 10th october and still no money!

I hope some of the news on the website about ING starting to clear the funds today morning is true. If they start today then I won't see my money until mid or end of next week as initially I did a BACS transfer. I also feel for people who did CHAPS transfer on monday and still no money!

As it is going to be weekend, nothing is going to happen now and I dont think we will see our money until end of next week. More misery people.

This is totally unacceptable but what can we do other than just be patient and hope for the best.

That is money going into your KE account? not out of KE to current account right? I think they are happy to receive money into their account but out of account is frozen!

Add me and my Dad to the list, both BACS transfers early in the week and now nothing, nothing in KE or linked accounts.

No doubt when someone sees some sort of movement either way in their BACS transfers they`ll let us know.
If ING are only starting to sort things out from today,then it`ll take time.
