OK here we are £4,008,535 from 130 transfers (125 CHAPS) 2 of which I don't know the value.
If you're waiting on CHAPS and haven't PM or emailed me the amount, date and linked account. The more of us there are, the better
I'll try to contact working lunch with the info I've collated.
They should be receptive, I warmed them up for you this morning, and i got the amount right too (£4M+)!
Best of luck,

Just spoken to Jimmy at ING on 0800 3766400
All he can say is I must be one of the 5% and money will be sorted manually by the end of this week - yeah sure - wheres the proof as thye say they still cannot see ex KE accounts.
ING must get their act together now and give us a direct contact number to a department that can see our accounts and tell us what is really happening.

Hi All,
Ive just spoken to nice lady at KE she told me that as I havent received my money i am one of the 5% of manual transactions which she agreed all appeared to be the chaps payments, she also added that she had two accounts herself with KE and made two transfers one she has one she hasnt, but she did say that ALL transfer details were now with ING and we would either get our money in due course or would definately be contacted by Ing if there is a problem. Im going to believe her untill close of play today, then if no money and no email.....ill really start to panic!!!:eek:0 -
Just phoned HSBC, nothing pending for my linked account.
I've not received an email or a call.0 -
I got a phone call from the Customer Service Director, in response to my mail to Johan on page 257 of this thread.
Unbeleivably, he doesn't know where the money is either.
I offered the following:
My account number and an explanation to what caused the failure to pay on Friday - This was rejected.
I mentioned the fact my parents also have an account with K.E and that they failed to receive their payment too, if he pays out my parents by lunch time - it will restore my confidence and I will hold off on my threats - this was rejected also.
I asked to speak to Johan, and was advised he would only be able to tell me what he was telling me, which once again was "I don't know".
Asked why my payment was automated but yet has got caught up in a manual process, response : don't know.
Lots of chat about money being safe, despite the 8 billion euro injection.
He says he'll call me back at 6 pm to let me know the current state of things - I'm prepared for more "I don't know".
After fighting the cause for us all, I went back to what you would think would be more managable, so I adopted the selfish route for a moment and I asked him why at Director level was he not in a position to make it happen for me (transfer) and all he could say was they were working with Administrators of K.E.
Asked him if it was a matter of flogging £1m worth of K.E assets in order to pay out, he says it's not a cash flow issue.
In light of all this, I am at my lowest point on morale, told him I would press on regardless with the points in my mail on page 257.
Did I get customer service from the highest man in the ING this morning? in a word, no.0 -
add me to the list - 4 grand missing - What annoys me more than anything else are the lies0

I have sent "Working Lunch" an email today explaining my frustration and wrath. Anyone else inclined to do so, just scroll back a few posts to find the e-mail address.0 -
Is anyone else not convinced by this 5% of transactions response? Taking this thread, for example, far more than 5% of people seem to not have their money back yet?
Morning all
I really thought that there would be signs of your money coming through this morning :-((
Spoke with Mike - Supervisor at ING. He stated that there was 166,000 transactions circa 7th October and 5% of these have still to be worked through & resolved
That makes 8300 unresolved transactions! - He did say that they know each & every individual account holder effected & the website will be updated through the day as well as those individuals being officially notified
Good LuckNon illigitamus carborundum!!0
