And I am a tad suspicious of anyone who feels the need to display his or her assets in public, if you'll pardon the expression.

    The purpose of that being?

I've never had anyone show so much interest in my sig. Does it personally affect you? You're not a stalker are you? ... I've seen warnings on the internet about those :rotfl: .

In the 94(now) there are 5 BACS (from 3 people) 4 on 7th and 1 on the 11th (October I assumed)

    CHAPS - 3 with no date, 2 on the 6th, 34 on the 7th, 42 on the 8th, 8 on the 9th

DO NOT PANIC: we will get our money, it HASNOT gone to the administrators of KSF, it can't - they are separate legal entities. Before I changed careers (admittedly with great relief) I worked in audit and as an insolvency administrator so I'm as sure as I can be that this is true

Now £3,166,533 (and 3 with no value sent)

    Very impressive tmvc ;)

Lets not fall out, we're all in the same (Sinking) boat. Any more squabbling and you'll all be sent to bed with no tea. (and it's toasted puffins tonight)

Yer man Dave is obviously on a very different, seaworthy boat!! ;)

You disappoint me. Should your savings not be showing some increases each time you post them? Maybe you need to reassess your portfolio - give you something positive to do under that bridge.

I think the point is that Oblivion isn't in our boat. He's got his money. He's launched an unprovoked attack on us from his circling U-boat, resulting in our morale sinking faster than it was.
    CHAPS 8/10 received Halifax 20/10
    BACS 18/11 (£30) (actioned 19/11) received CHAPS Halifax 21/11
    BACS 24/11 (£50) (actioned 25/11) received Halifax 28/11

Sorry to dispute this. I thought that there were only 3000 savers affected with non internet accounts through KSF??

Could you advise where your info came from please - ING have already stated that any transfers made through CHAPS would get their £20 fee refunded. This I would assume would mean that they have the account details and the funds

    Thanks
My info is from this very thread, right in the early stages, pages 1 to....20?

Goes to about the time when ING takeover news broke. I will later on, locate the page and post it here.

Its nothing to do with noninternet holder.

Its to do with BACS or CHAPS, and the way KE handle them.
KE can do BACS transfers inhouse. They cant od CHAPS inhouse, and use services of KSF. So when a chaps request comes in, they send it and the money, to KSF. Thats why our money left KE and went to KSF, where it is now stuck. BACS, since they do inhouse, the money never left KE.

My worry is that, if I understand this right, all of us who asked for chaps prior to 8, are barking up the wrong tree. I hope I am not right, but we must resurrect this earlier line of thinking.

Also, can someone please take ownership of this matter.

I really am not upto it. I wish I was, but I am not.
    We will need help here.
