I am replying on behalf of my husband who is away on business this weekend......and been following this thread for days, weeks or whatever. What am I going to do with him when you have all disappeared I wonder.

Apparently some of us wont see the money in our accounts till monday morning. Think this is due to some banks like Halifax, that dont update on a regular basis.

I did a BACS on 8th (after 2pm though so I think it left on the 9th) and that arrived this morning.

You are in exactly the same boat as me with HSBC, I've called several times and been told nothing showing for today or Monday but keep checking back. I reckon if it's coming it will be after 2pm, my account always seems to update around that time with other payments going in and also payments going out.

With Halifax. BACS sent on 7/10 (12.10pm) hasn't arrived.

Money withdrawn from KE by BACs on Monday 6th a.m. - arrived in HSBC by CHAPS on Friday 9th

Money withdrawn by BACS on Tuesday 7th and Weds 8th (both a.m.) arrived in HSBC this morning - Friday 17th - by BACs. HSBC could see this amount yesterday waiting to credit.

Not sure what KE's method for prioritising transactions is - seems a bit haphazard
