Add me to the list please, paid for chaps transfer 4pm on Tuesday, called First Direct this morning and they have no record of it yet.

I have a regular standing order transferring money INTO my KE account and that came out of my Barclays account on Friday 3rd and was credited to my Kaupthing account on Tueday 7th so there appears to be no delay with transferring money into the account.

Please add me to the list also. Chaps transfer at 10pm on Tuesday, now Thursday and has not arrived in my linked account!!

I did bacs Tuesday, no sign of the money on "pending" transactions for tomorrow at my bank.

I am currently on hold at Edge right now. I did a BACS withdrawal a week ago and still nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did a BACS transfer from my Kaupthing account on Tuesday and would normally have expected to see it in my linked account today. Nothing yet. Please add me to the list.

I suppose it's a waste of time seeking a refund of the £20 for Chaps transfers given that they have not delivered on the 'same day' transfer statement... no doubt will be a case of everyone in the system blaming the other..
