PAYMENT UPDATE
As we work through the backlog of payments, we are receiving a number of calls from customers today who have confirmed that they are now in receipt of payments and would like to know more about the interest adjustments and refund of CHAPS fees, where applicable.
Our first priority remains to make all outstanding payments as quickly as we can. Once this has been completed, we will update you again, via this page, regarding the process and time frame for interest adjustments and refund of CHAPS fees, where applicable.

Be careful, Bradford and Bingley and Abbey are classed as the same bank when it comes to any compensation claim ie a total of £50000 for both accounts in the same name.

Don't forget Bradford & Bingley are owned by Abbey so don't go over your limit per financial institution!
