My email has arrived in my junk mail. Not sure why it mentions that a small number of customers have experienced some issues in the processing of payments on their accounts. It seems like a fair few to me, judging by the number of posts on these boards alone.

I'd love to see what they consider a big number. This refers to CHAPS payments does it not? So we'll be looking at next week or even longer based on the administrative time it takes to action the request.

Be sure u have cancelled any direct debit mandates in favour of Kaupthing at your linked account!......I have diret debits in favour of icesave at my linked account.......am keeping a close eye, in case they do something, altough with a direct debit, you can ask your bank to make an immediate reversal.
