That's been mentioned a few times above. It's not some sort of random lottery to make people that have made one simple transaction wait a bit longer! That's my understanding anyway.
Mine too,and this has been explained several times now,Miserable!!0 -
Did anybody get a second email or are we all getting muddled up here?0

Now I have a bit of time, something to cheer you all up, I have been only able to get on this forum once since the s##t hit the fan last Monday and left 1 post, since then I have not been able to sign in, so I kept asking for a new password about 25!! of them, and I have torn all my hair out, suddenly spotted my mistake this morning, I've been putting billiesniper in instead of billesniper, what a plonker, but the posts have kept my spirits and thanks everyone for that.0

I've tried backtracking through this thread - but can't find where and when the info about duplicate transfers and these being the transfers which will be further delayed, came from initially.KE veteran - life seemed so much simpler then!0

PAYMENT UPDATE Dear Customer
You may be aware that a small number of customers have experienced some issues in the processing of payments on their accounts. We are pleased to inform you that we have been working hard to restore normal service for Kaupthing Edge customers and to resolve the issues around these delayed payments.
In addition to the payments already made we are now able to confirm that all payments will arrive in their destination bank account by close of business Friday 17 October. There are a very small number of manual payment instructions which are still being processed and will take slightly longer.
Once again we apologise for the inconvenience and distress this delay has caused. It has taken us longer to resolve the issues at Kaupthing Edge than we expected due to the significant disruption caused when the business was taken into administration. Understandably, customers have been asking for clarification on when this issue was going to be resolved but this is the first time we have been in the position to give firm assurances.
If this issue has affected you, I would like to thank you for your patience and confirm that customers will not lose interest as a result of this delay.
Yours sincerely, Johan de Wit
