this is happening to me too. I recieved 'your item has been posted' via email but the website still says processing.

Just checked at play and it says both orders were posted on 1/12, haven't had an e-mail to say so though.

Hopefully everythings gonna be ok.

Hi there – first post.

Using my unique code I received my first dvd this morning. I ordered using the global codes 3 further dvds. Play appear to have taken the money from my account. I ordered the dvds around lunchtime yesterday and 2 of them have now been declared post with one still at the processing stage. That’s 2 peoples Xmas sorted thanks to MSE and Play. Thanks to the folk who posted the codes and for the banter last night and Play for (hopefully!) honouring the order! :j :T

another update!!
of the 12 orders on two accounts.....one account now stands at 5 posted,1 processing...the one processing is martins book.the other account is still 4 posted,2 processing.
my two year old wants to know why mummy has been looking at the same site all day not different ones!!!!

helen......in all my mummy-brained slowness i've just realised it was actually you who pointed me in the direction of the original thread with universal codes in the first place.
so a super huge big thankyou to you......people might not approve of me using so many etc but its meant two little girls and their daddy get presents instead of more or less nothing so thankyou :T :beer: :T
