3 orders now processing - one packing. Hope I get Martin's book for 99p that was the one I particularly wanted but is still showing as processing. It does look hopeful though, posting dates have changed back to 1st December so will be looking out for the Postie tomorrow. Slightly off thread I ordered the free Smartie goody bags 8 weeks ago and they are finally due to be delivered tomorrow yippeeeee. It feels like Christmas !!

you might be able to get away with giving them the 3 digits (off the signature strip) via email (although it might take a while before they get back to you).

As i said in another thread - if you're phoning and they ask for your postcode, offer them the order number instead (if you have more than one account) since otherwise all the accounts will show up at once and it'll not only confuse them but perhaps cause some suspicion.

Right, all that happened was that Dad had to give my email address and the three digit code.

He said the guy on the phone was nice about it and said it was just because so much was ordered.

Account now not suspended BUT so far one of the remaining seven items we were waiting for has been cancelled!!

Am guessing they are going to cancel all of them one by one now. Not sure why they wanted us to phone if they were just going to do that?!
