Okay I jave just worked out that my actual balance and my available balance are different now if I take my available balance and add the items that I bought from play.com it comes to exactly £1 less than what has been taken/ is to be taken out of my account.

Just to keep others up to date I had one of my outstanding orders change to sent just now, when I looked further it says it was posted yesterday but the history only changed just now, so orders may be packed and shipped but just not showing on our accounts as haveing been done so. This was on a higher priced item so they may be processing things they still make a profit on.

Fingers crossed for the other 2 and good luck to others waiting.

Sorry, this is my first time posting - I'm not sure whether my original message was clear.

I ordered one item from play (£4.99 after using voucher). I've checked my bank account today to find that I was debited £4.95 yesterday and another £4.95 today (for the same item). I think this is a banking problem though because the same has happened with my other account (I have been debited twice for the same item on consecutive days - and this is for something completely different and is not connected to play in any way).

Still don't know whether this is relevant to your situation though!
