Geez!
Are you sure 600 quid for a core system on ebay???
I am tempted to disconnect my 360 and repack it!!!! The buzz of having one will soon wear off won't it????
Well done to all on MSE who got one!!! It's a pity there ain't enough to go round.
Jules
By the way the Core system definitely comes only with a wired controler. For me wired is the better option as it saves shelling out for batteries or the charge pack. My sitting/playing position is near the telly and 360 so the wireless pad is a useless luxury for me anyway. Worth bearing in mind if you can't easily get a full system.Grocery Challenge 2008

Microsoft have stated that new supplies will be hitting the stores in
the USA in the next couple of days and that this should be the same for europe as well......
so hopefully in about 10 days we can all go through this again
so much fun eh?0 -

Slow release of units is a very good marketing ploy to keep consumers interested in a product for longer as if they brought out loads of units for the release day then the majority of people that wanted one would get it but by releasing small amounts they can almost guarentee they will sell for a few months0

Microsoft have stated quite clearly that the shortage of consoles is NOT a deliberate marketing ploy to help launch this product, and that they are working flat out to ensure consumer demand is met. This has been reported on EVERY major TV and radio channel, all over the Internet and in every newspaper. So that's clear then - they DON'T want to publicise the fact that these are REALLLY hard to get, or that if you see one you should buy it straight away because they're REALLLY hard to get, or that your kids will be dead cool this Christmas if you buy one because they're REALLLLLLLY hard to get.....
That's not marketing, that's just true that is......:D
