Just checked a company called "special reserve" on the net as they were a great mail order company and it looks like they have gone into liquidation and it says if you have paid any money to them you have go file a claim through your credit card. Wonder how many people ordered the xbox 360 from them?

This is from a wholesaler (with whom I have no association whatsoever) - they apparently have plenty of stock. If there's 10 MSEers and one wants to take the lead in coordinating the purchase, may be you can each get your box for less than £350? Hope I am not violating some board rule or other with this post - just having the Xmas spirit and want to help!

    Wholesale Xbox 360 Console

Selling on ebay for: $850 +
    Wholesalers Price: $450 (approx £265)

Went out shopping today and was told in an import shop that they are getting USA 360's but you need a commercial step down convertor which is about £90 as the 360 uses so much power otherwise it will blow a normal convertor.

Maybe they are the US versions. In which case they won't play UK released games and also need the voltage converted. I saw an eBay auction yesterday selling an XBox 360. He forgot to mention it was a US version, I looked at his recent feedback and found out that way. The winning bidders children won't be smiling on Xmas day !

in what way dodgy? It looks very amateurish, I agree.

Oh I see a brand new member with only 1 post happens to come straight to this thread and knows the exact website to post. Yeah, it looks dodgy

    perhaps you should report it?

well i had a look round the other busytrade sites which its connected with. They are selling ipod 20gb generation 4's for $120 and psp's for $110 seems too good to be true. Also only 14 hits on that website very very suspect
