Morning, hope everyone is enjoying their weekends.

That necklace is beautiful Sarah, hope you enjoy wearing it, we all deserve to be spoiled every now and then:D
Have you dried off yet Valli?
Your holiday sounds lovely Soappie, just my kind of thing, i'm very jealous. Hope the weather is nice for you.
Nicki - wow, those models are amazing.

Had a nice uneventful 2 nights at work, bit of a shame because the firemen were quite hot last week;) Was pretty busy though, serving a table of 28 at 10pm is quite hard work on your own, made pretty good money though. Paid for the dress i bought for my friends wedding next week.......

043030061.jpg What do you think?? Thought it was nice and simple, and i could wear it again, not too weddingy.

  • Morning all. I have been busy, honest! :o

I've been keeping up with my dailies, and at least level 1.

At moment, on 3rd washload, bread in bread maker, need to go and get dressed to
nip into town, but have had very early starts last two days.

We had a fantastic day in Sandhurst on Friday and I was so proud of DH. (Check
out piccies on Facebook ), then a great day at Hereford Cathedral yesterday, where
it was nice enough for lunch in the Padre's garden before we had our private
tour. If anyone values history that is an amazing place to visit, especially to see the
    Mappa Mundi.

I may get the chance to pop in next week, but I really don't know as work is completely manic. Roll on new job, please!!!!

Funny you should say that I asked the window cleaner at work what he used and he said the best thing was a squirt of fairy liquid and a good squeegy :D

Sorry to hear about your AOHell probs, nice to see you here :)

  • Hi Eebb, here's your cuppa :coffee: , and I made a few more for anyone else who fancies one... :coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee:

Have done a few bits today - S&S'd Lounge, Kitchen and Hall - just have to vacuum but have been waiting as DS & hubby still in bed - about time they got up now so going to start bashing about just a little to loudly me thinks... Have also done a wash and will put another one on now, DW on and about to vacuum then will go pick DD up to take her to work... Shes just starting in Lush for anyone who needs anything... my christmas pressies sorted I think! :D She still doesn't know what she wants to do - knows it's something to do with fashion, wants to be a fashion designer (is pretty good, but I know nothing and am just a proud mum) so is looking to go back to college part time maybe and work in a big department store learning buying and all that stuff too. We'll see, at the moment she just needs to be earning a buck!

Want hubby to cut the grass for the last time (hopefully) before he sits and watches GP - he's watching at 3pm coz we went out last night and there was no way on this little green earth that he was going to be awake at 4.30am... Really misty here today - thought it would have lifted by now, the sun is trying to come through but have hung the washing out anyway for when it does.

Oooh, sorry, 'ramble alert' should have been on then, got a bit carried away - that's coz I'm the only one up so have only had myself and the dogs for conversation this morning - just thinking out loud...:o

Nice dress G&B - wish I had the figure still to wear something like that!

Mr T's done - some nice bargains - the vits and the glucosamine I buy were half price - I'll tot up later and amend my sig. Mind you, I noticed the price of books and things have gone up. I ended up buying 3 trashy sagas for my holiday as they were 3 for £10.00 rather than something less trashy but more expensive. I haven't sat and read a novel for what must be ages!

Just having another cup of tea before I unpack the shopping. Then I'll do breakfast then I need to go out and buy some hinges and potter a bit in the garden.

    Morning all

Only one load of washing today but it's a lovely day again so it should dry.

Peeled potatoes for dinner but I'm not cooking until later today because DH is still away fishing and DD2 is on a course all day.

I've packed a bag of stuff to go up in the loft when somebody will do that for me (I don't do ladders).

    Lovely diamond Sarah :)
