I'm glad no one noticed my deliberate mistake in my last post and the mis-spelling of a flyladies name!!
I've had a lovely hours sleep so i'm going to have my dinner now. My wonderful mum went to waitrose and got me one of those meals for two for a tenner. I know there's only one of me but i'll take half of it for lunch tomorrow. Watching the xfactor and wondering why I think all the ones who are good the judges say are carp. Also, why am I watching it went my children aren't even here?!?! Oh yes, because I don't have a life! xx

Mudbath inserts big sticky out tongue smilie at Pigpen!
Actually, I think I'm having a few too many 'senior moments' of late. I've been waiting for my dinner for a while and wondered why I couldn't smell nice food. Helps if you put it IN the oven....my argument is I was preheating the over (for rather a long time!!) and thankyou for not bringing attention to my failings (I managed that myself!!) :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: xx0 -
Evening all - have had a lovely day with a cousin browsing in Bridge of Allan (near Stirling) nice little gift shops - nice lunch too - so no flying today.
dusty - big hug honey - its not like you to be down - you are always so positive that you buck me up!!!
Mozzy - hope everyone is on the road to recovery now
TAG you have to be mad - extra teenagers......  .........!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like the sound of the cake though yumyum!!
splattered supergirl I am sooooo glad you had a nice evening and birthday - of course we want to ogle the diamond - get a piccie done sharpish like!!!:rotfl: :rotfl:
sexy - I most certainly did miss you but knew you would be here at the weekend - I missed you for HHC's (the others dont work as hard as you and dusty!) I am thrilled for you getting your temp job - at least now you know what your routine will be and you wll be able to get organised round it - no more wondering if you were going to work or not - excellent news!!!:j
polkadot - lovely to hear from you but sorry to hear your are suffering - take it very easy and like you said your flying has paid off and you can rest easy. It will be good to see you back when you are up to it - you will have time to catch up with your cook books just now!
jjef - I'm in perth - where are you in Fife? did you get what you were looking for? Hope you had a nice day.
rach - thats good about OH - he was just maybe a bit stressed about the exams coming up.?
nikki - brilliant models - well done you and the kids:T
soappie - that sounds great - hope you have a really really great week - get packing!!!!
Valli - bless you :A -you have evry right to be proud - despite all your usual larking about what you have done today is fantastic- clearing up the river after other people like that is a wonderful community spirited thing to do - very very well done - shame about your bum - i was going to ask if the man who recognised you was ....ok.. but I see you answered the question - never mind - but it just shows you that you have made an impression on someone who is not a rat (like ex's) and there could be others like him out there too!!!! No wonder you are tired and sore - just wait until tomorrow - I expect you have done a week's worth of exercise today!!!
greenbee - sounds like you ad a nice day - maybe what you were needing after your shi**y week at work - rose oul perfune sounds just what I might be looking for too - would I get it on my high street or was it an independent shop? Do you know that you can buy Haddon Hall quite cheaply on ebay?? I see it quite often here in auctions too - bear it in mind if there is anything you are particularly looking for.
pigpen excellent idea about the clothing etc for the homes - will store that idea away for future use
Emily -welcome to the mad house - sooooooooooo pleased you have joined us and very well done on your first steps - just keep taking the baby steps and soon it will all become so much easier and you can use pigpens list as your routine until you establish one of your own or not as the case maybe! Dont go mad trying to do it all at once - try to do at least level 1 evryday and build from there - the others will laugh now when I say (because I always say it!)- it didnt get like it is overnight so dont expect it to become tidy overnight - be patient and keep up with the baby steps
If the council have agreed that work needs to be done then hound them - every day phone up and ask for the repairs dept or the clerk of works (find out who is the clerk of works for your area and ask for him by name) - like valli said the spores are not good for anyone let alone someone who is sick and it just adds to the stress of illness.
Forget about what your parents are like you are not them (no disrespect meant) you have a sick hubby and life is not always easy and if you can get routine and some tidyness established it will make both your lives soooo much better and you will have more time for him without worry how tidy or not the house is.
mudbath - glad you are enjoying your course - wonder how poppy puppy is enjoying her first holiday??:rotfl: :rotfl:
holly - big hug - get them told - thats just not on!
triker - hope you are feeling better - horrible stuff red wine yeuch!!!
lil_me - glad the party was a success - must be strange not studying?? nice but strange!
michelle - hope you weekend is a bit less stressful and you are getting a little more sleep - hows the hands?
flower - hi - you shouldnt have gone so mad earlier in the week should you - baby steps?????????????????????????
