I've used the calculator using the info you provided and these are the unlock codes it has provided.
You MUST REMOVE THE SIM CARD when you enter these codes.
As i posted before... try code 1 then code 7 if that fails try them all.

Tried these seven says wrong code on three of them and cannot undo restriction on the other four.... thanks for trying jack the search goes on...... ::)

The only other thing i can suggest is that you log into the unlock web site and ask them for help
They have a chat forum for asking questions
I'm sure they will be able to help you

Hi all, sorry to be a pain but after reading 5 pages of unlocking tips I'm none the wiser. I have a new Samsung c100 locked to O2 PAYG. Can anyone do a step by step idiots guide on how to unlock this mobile. I have rung O2 but was told to wait 12 months!

dont know if any one has mentioned this one its  https://www.uniquephones.com i have unlocked a couple of older phones ie. nokia 3310 and 8210  theses are dct3 phones from what i gather newer phones are dct4  you can also get software to let you know what your codes are dont know if they all work  but all i know is mine did i got 2 codes it said that it had worked after the 1st code (but it didnt ) so i tried the 2nd code  and it worked  ::)

Can someone give me some advice in regards to unclocking a Motorola T720? I can't find any web based pay unlocking, nor any software.

My has just spent her hard earned pocket money on a new picture/video phone with '3' network. Un-know to her when she bought it, she has to put in £15+ a month to keep this phone going. Is it possible to un-lock this phone & use a different sim-card? PLZ HELP as she is so disappointed as she wont be able to afford to use it once her £15 runs out.
