The person that gave you the code should give you the complete email since the Terms and Conditions form part of the voucher.

It's Play's own fault for not making these codes unique and they have only themselves to blame.

You are right in the fact that it is play's fault, but incorrect in the fact that it's the legal responsibility of the person that distributes the code to others to provide the terms and conditions.

As stated earlier, Play should have displayed the terms after entering the voucher and by not doing so if orders are completed they are unable to claim back the items.

I just got the following e-mail.

    Dear

It has come to our attention that you have used more than one Daily Mirror
Voucher on your account. Contained in the Terms and Conditions is a clause
which states that only one voucher per applicant may be used.

Sadly, with this in mind, we have cancelled any outstanding orders on your
account which have been purchased using a voucher. We do this under clause
11 of the Terms and Conditions which give us the right to refuse any
voucher redemption if we suspect any fraud or malredemption.

    Kind Regards

    Play
Did you get the confirmation emails for your order before you got this from Play?

When did you place your order?

My account is still fine. However, if they do charge...they charge. I wanted the item anyway. They shouldn't do that though. You gave them authorisation to take £x from your card not £x + £5. They can't take more from your payment card than you have authorised.

At least that's what I've been told on here in the past.

 do they even give you the option to cancel?? When did you place the order?

Surely they can't just charge you the extra £5 without telling you?

I wouldn't have thought that they could charge you full price as you only gave them authorisation to take however much was on top of the £5

I have 2 in processing, 10 in order placed, and 1 in awaiting stock.
How long do you have to cancel?
