I wouldnt be suprised if the account is only suspended pending a security check with your dads credit card as it was £100.
If he's worried about what they say when he calls...theres only one way to find out - and he can always put the phone down if theyve rumbled you - good luck.

ordered about 12 items all using the discount codes, none of them were below £5, nearlly all were £10 or over. They have all been processing since yesturday

Just can't work out a pattern at all.

£100 order is not much at all compared to what we normally order. As it is a shared account we use it a lot. My Dad's a musician and he orders quite a few CD's each week and many are expensive as they are imports that you can't get anywhere else with peace of mind.

Half the accounts we hold are in my name and half his as Dad uses my email address. I would phone if it was my account and like you say I would just hang up if it wasn't going my way!

i ordered on my acct on the 30th using 2 of the universal codes.. daughter did hers after me using 3 of the universal codes... boyfriend did his yesterday using 4 of the universal codes ..

all the orders were put to processing as i think everyones were but when i logged on this morning they had posted mine and a few hours later posted daughters.... boyfriends still in the processing stage so mabey they going to hounour some or all of the orders but doing it as when you ordered.. so those who ordered yesterday might not get any info till tomorrow.. lets hope its good news

some people who have been suspended on play have just logged onto there accts and reinput all the info they already had .. ie there credit card details and the security number on the back and then its appearing not suspended on the acct..

Just had another one posted...doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to it does there? Fingers crossed for you all too.

All mine, including two I ordered this morning WITHOUT codes have gone back to 'Processing'.
