I had that yesterday. All they did was to take the security code on my card.

They have cancelled most of my order though

We have eight orders worther around £100 and have saved £40 using the vouchers.

Edited card online.

It's my Dad's account and he won't phone them!

One of mine has been posted yipeeeeeeee - all the others placed on 30/11 and yesterday still shown as processing. Please play.com, pretty please, please send them - they were raffle prizes for our school fayre. I hope we get them

my sister ordered something using a generic code about 4pm yesturday and that been posted, i ordered a few around the same time with the codes and all mine are processing

Bliming heck. We ordered 8 items, three of them were below £5 but we genuinely did want them and the rest totaled £100 so I really don't think it's that bad!

Seems like they may just be honouring one from each person.

They have sent out one of mine.

But got the "Large orders" email and now have a suspended account so Yippee!!

That cant be right as I've got 4 showing as posted now. I wonder if its to do with the time we ordered? All mine showing posted were ordered at 10am yesterday morning and said usually dispatched in 24 hours.
