The user agreement states that "You must dispatch the item to the buyer within two days of receiving this e-mail."

According to Customer services when I made a complaint a while ago as long as a seller can despatch within the time frame stated they do not physically need to have the item in hand. I have searched high and low through the user agreements to find somewhere that states drop shipping is not allowed but I cannot find it specifically stated.
Who said that? :rotfl:Are my posts invisible
Whilst it doesn't say this in the participation agreement, it seems sellers are expected to physically have the item though sellers [myself included] do 'lose' books etc and have to order them from other sellers. When listing books you get the following message;
Please enter the quantity of items you have available for purchase. We recommend that you also enter an optional SKU for your records. Quantity:
Must be on hand at time of purchase. #
Sorry that didn't copy over very clearly - should have different spacing and a box in it but its from the listing pages0
