You should send her a link to this and let her know that even other people think she's mental!!
She clearly changed her mind and wanted a refund. why didn;t she just say so in the first place?
Also, in what shop would she expect to get a refund BEFORE she bought the item back? NONE!!Kavanne
Nuns! Nuns! Reverse!
'I do my job, do you do yours?'0 -
some people are just crazy. don't waste your time and energy on them - so you deciding that you won't have to deal with her anymore after that feedback is the perfet decision :T0

On a positive note, presuming your feedback reply follows the lines of this thread - any future buyers looking at the neg she left and your response will see you as a great seller who did your best to remedy a situation from a totally unreasonable buyer.0

That is the way to go, I think. I'd have to waste mental energy working something out. Also don't wana appear as psycho as our dear disfunctional purchaser
jas, think pinkgem thought you meant a follow up, it was my mention of leaving feedback that p was refering to. But that's sorted too!
Tis good to get opinions and find that I'm neither alone nor paranoid
cheers all!
