Like I said before this claim has hopefully been solved as a bill is winging its way to them via special delivery for tomorrows post (within the claim period and a new bill less than the supoosed 28 day rule).
Thanks for your time.

You are not alone. From posts on here and various others sites it is apparent that E2Save treat a large number of their customers in this manner.
They obviously hope a large proportion will give up and not take things further.
However we know better.

Another E2Save/CPW joke!
My advice is the same as others......sue the Bstards and they will give in before it gets to court.
E2Save and Customer Services.........you are having a laugh:rotfl:0 -
Northampton Court must be having a laugh - they must be making a fortune from the MCOL Applications at 25 quid at time!

Has anyone got any further on the court cases?0

without causing upset - I have just received my final installment of cashback on the phone I took out 12 months ago.
Followed the leaflet notes on how to claim , note in diary as to when to claim and within about two weeks of each claim a cheque arrived0 -

Congratulations you are this year's winner. I have also followed the t&c to the letter but they and now facing court appearance for their refusal to pay me legitimately.I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -

Lots have succeeded.
See this thread for advice and feedback regarding taking court action against e2save:

For those who experience no problems; me too on most. However, when they select one for their special treatment there's only one way to go; LBA and sue. Phoning them is a complete waste of time and merely gives them time to play games. If you're happy to partake, go ahead - otherwise treat them with the contempt they treat you and sue. If you've done things right and followed all the groundrules they know only too well how bad they would appear in court - so they never turn up. As for their "help" on here - yeah, right!!0
