But I thought it was based on the value of your property? It isn't just the fact that I bought it for 25% less, I can only sell it for 25% below the market value if I decided to sell it on in the future. So whereas my neighbour could have the exact same sized flat etc could sell his for £200k for example, I would only be able to get £150k due to the conditions of the purchase.
