I used to send back bulky mags and it was a right pain to try and get them in the post boxes. I emailed them and they said I could just send the front cover of the mags and the plastic bag they come in or if I wanted to keep the mag intact to read myself I could scan the front cover and send that back. I send everything else back that I receive, I got two the other day that had coins fixed inside them and they went back at the end of the week when I send the rest of their post

Kanter have only rung me once, ages ago nothing to do with posting early.I have been asked three times to 'Resolve Queries' as I have appeared to post my letters too early. I didn't think there was a certain time NOT to post, The time I posted my mail was at 5.30 in the morning, I had no choice,as most days I start work at 6am.:D

Don't know whether anyone else replied but 5.30 am would be too early if you were supposed to post after 10 am and before 1 pm (or one of the other specific times) but should be OK if you are simply asked to post at any time before the last collection.

I don't think it was because you had posted too early - I think they arrived on the same day and that's why they were checking you hadn't posted them the day before.

Although they ask you to post at certain times and in certain boxes, if you can't, they are happy for any time and any one of your boxes on that day. That is what it says in the FAQ section :D

I guess in order for the system to work, they need to clarify when they were posted so they can see if things are taking too long or arriving on time...

Oh, I wasn't aware of that! I've only missed the times set on a few occassions but sometimes it's a hassle waiting for certain times to post - if you are going out elsewhere etc.

    Thanks for the info.!
