This morning I can access the survey website again from Orange. No idea if this means it is fixed for everyone, but it is worth a try if you have been locked out over the past week.
Regards
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
I'm on Orange too and it's working fine now.
I got the starter pack on sat and am a bit confused. Probably a daft question but what do I put as the 'R' number on the website in the section where I enter received items. The 'R' number on the sticky says '0000' does that mean there's no number or is the number 0000?
Thank you lots to any who can answer my que.0 -
Rikushin - Is this a letter received from another panallist or is it a large brown envelope with letters inside for you to make up?Good Enough Club Member No 390

Mrs Mop- I don't think it came from another panelist it should be from the research people.
The pack came from an A4 envelope with instructions, 2 envelopes to send back with 2 sheets of paper (one in each). The labels has 'R0000' written on them both so I take it it's the R number. So does this mean it has no number or this is the R number?
many thanks0 -
Yep - dont put it as a received item on the website - you'll start getting them in a couple of weeks. The R0000 sticker goes on the sheet of paper to go in the envelope to be sent.

A quick question. I receive quite a few large envelopes/parcels which contain wads of blank paper (for the weight). Do you all return the paper or keep it? Just asking as I always return it but it would be useful to keep for my 2 darlings to use (they are always nicking my printer paper which I don't realise til I have something vitally important to print lol).
I have read somewhere on here that people don't always return the contents as just the envelope is needed, plus it is better for Kantar as they have less postage to pay. (I have also received a canvas bag today that I wouldn't mind keeping!)
Thank you0 -
