Glad to hear its not just me who isn't receiving or sending any smarts out. The few I have received have automatically been requested to send back to them, I was beginning to think they were going to take me off the list. I hope not.

Hello! I've started settling into this posting letters + receiving letters but have 2 small questions about stickers and I can't quite find the exact answers so I'm hoping someone would be kind enough to clear this out:

I place a yellow sticker with the reference code when I get a letter with no R number. But where exactly should this be placed? On the R-box?

Also when I send back mail to the company where does my ID sticker go? I assume the explanation on the sticker means the big plastic envelope?

The yellow sticker should go on the item, either on the address side or somewhere where it will be easily seen. By the way, yellow stickers are now being phased out, and replaced with an 'easier' system. Your barcode id sticker goes on the outside of the big grey envolope, back or front, it is up to you.:D

For the last few weeks i've only been given 1 letter a week to send. Hoping it doesn't mean they are gonna drop me.

Also, i'm confused what you do when someone sends you a letter and they forget to stick the R sticker on but you also get a smart. Cuz i entered no R number found, then it said I have to stick a yellow sticker on and that was it, it didn't ask me if I had received a smart so now I have a smart which I'm not registered as having

anybody else noticed that the next stamp run means it'll be 5 weeks since the last lot? i mentioned it to Joanne when i rang up yesterday and she was passing my comments on.the last lot of stamps was week commencing 27th October

Unfortunatrly RI have assumed you must have received a magazine,or the like as you don't get smarts with them. What I would do is 'phone them and tell them what has happened, they will then rectify the situation for you.

Yeah you will probably just have to send the smart back to them in a smart envelope.

I've been on 1 a week for ages now & for 3 weeks I had nothing to post at all, but I've received loads.

I usually return those smarts.

Still waiting for last months stamps :rolleyes:

I've been doing this over a year and i've never had one magazine at all so I find that weird. Maybe they only need to test that in certain areas.

I feel better that it's not just me on 1 a week thanks Duke Though i;m hardly receiving any either though.

Thanks to others for helping too, i'll send the rogue smart back with a note maybe. Too scared to phone them haha.
