I am on my second week of training. The first week I got 2 letters to deliver and some free stampsfor me. This week I have another 2 letters to post, but no free stamps for me. Do you get free stamps each week and if so how many? Thanks0

you only get free stamps once a month. You get a book of 12 first class stamps and a book of 4 first class 'large letter' stamps once a month. So 16 a month.0

We would like to make you aware of a new process which will slightly change the way you identify and enter RECEIVED items WITHOUT R Numbers.
This new process will start on14th November 2008
The old process used to involve you selecting "Click this box if no R-number found" and then either selecting the appropriate item from the list along with it's issue date or choosing "Other". When "Other" was selected the system would give you a 4 digit number which you would write onto one of the yellow labels we supply and then stick to the item before returning it to us.
In the new process the need for "Yellow Label" no longer applies and Yellow Labels will no longer be used.
The new process is a lot simpler and will provide an easier way to correctly identify items without R numbers. We have outlined the process below:- Identify that an item has no R Number
- Select "Click this box if no R-number found" from the data entry screen and click "Next"
- Use the images and information to correctly identify the item you have received and click "Select"
- Answer the rest of the questions as usual.
- If item is not shown, please click on "Please click here if the item you have received is not listed above or does not match those listed above" then click "Restart" and wait for a few days to see if it appears and enter it if and when it does appear.
- Once you have data entered items please return them to us in one of the large grey plastic pre paid return envelopes we provide.
- Any items which have your test initials on which you have not been able to identify after 3 weeks please also return to us using one of our pre paid return envelopes

Then the fun and games really start. I have items from 2 weeks ago still lying here waiting for the items with their codes to appear on my list. What seems to happen is when you find the matching item ( you get the picture and the code numbers and both have to match your item)you click on it and it disappears off your system. But I received 3 items exactly the same so am waiting for them to be added back to the list so I can then log them in. Much more difficult for us than the old way of just adding a number to the yellow label.I have landed up with several items lying on the floor with postit notes added by me with the date and time and condition they arrived in waiting to be logged. Maybe they should send us a pack of postit notes instead of yellow labels. I have been using this new system for 2 weeks or so and quickly heading towards giving up.
I don't think the new system has started yet I had a no smart itemsyesterday and I got the message stick yellow sticker with code on it and it proggressed ok after that0
