i joined this about 6 weeks ago and sent all the letters i was supposed to but haven't received anything for the past 2 weeks does that mean i have been kicked out?

I never do, I only stick the barcodes on the envelope when I am returning test items.

I don't.

I don't think there are many 'smarts' about. Most of my letters are being changed last minute to non-smart items

Is that on each test item envelope or the envelope that you post to them?

I only put the barcode label on the outside of the large envelope that gets sent back to Kantar, I don't individually label the letters - don't get enough stickers for that!

Seems to be a real shortage of SMARTS at the moment, not getting that many just now.

I got an e-mail today which I've cut and paste some of below: - all change

We would like to make you aware of a new process which will slightly change the way you identify and enter RECEIVED items WITHOUT R Numbers.

This new process will start on 14th November 2008

The old process used to involve you selecting "Click this box if no R-number found" and then either selecting the appropriate item from the list along with it's issue date or choosing "Other". When "Other" was selected the system would give you a 4 digit number which you would write onto one of the yellow labels we supply and then stick to the item before returning it to us.

In the new process the need for "Yellow Label" no longer applies and Yellow Labels will no longer be used.

The new process is a lot simpler and will provide an easier way to correctly identify items without R numbers. We have outlined the process below:

• Identify that an item has no R Number
• [SIZE=+0]Select "Click this box if no R-number found" from the data entry screen and click "Next"[/SIZE]
• Use the images and information to correctly identify the item you have received and click "Select"
• Answer the rest of the questions as usual.
• If item is not shown, please click on "Please click here if the item you have received is not listed above or does not match those listed above" then click "Restart" and wait for a few days to see if it appears and enter it if and when it does appear.
• Once you have data entered items please return them to us in one of the large grey plastic pre paid return envelopes we provide.
• Any items which have your test initials on which you have not been able to identify after 3 weeks please also return to us using one of our pre paid return envelopes

I applied to join on 1/11 and was accepted although I live in the York area. I told a friend but she was told they didn't need anyone. I have already received two envelopes to post next week .. and two books of stamps for me!

Hi I rcvd my test items this morning just 2 small evelopes, has to have a printed address lable on it and the other has to be handwritten. I also got the free stamps which will also come in handy. Just have to get the post box numbers now and I can input my data.
