I didn't get my stamps last week either, I emailed them and got a reply saying they've sent them out and I'll receive them in a few days

They are currently only looking for people in two certain postcodes so I wouldn't bother applying unless you live or work in EC or WC areas.

grrrrr so i emailed them Re the fact i couldnt add the postbox even tho i had sent the goods.... and what could they do about it ... got this back

This is due to Royal Mail being unable to see the data for the items you have posted into this box if it is removed from our system.

is it me or did they completely get the wrong end of the stick. i didnt want to remove any box....i wanted to ADD postboxes so i could record my info....anyway so i emailed back explaining the issue again but in more simple terms [ somehow haha!] and then i get this

so basically ive been sacked just bcos they have a problem with my account grrr! i BET i wont get back on it ..dam thing

i've had exactly the same problem. It wasn't allowing me to add postboxes. Then I got an email (before I even managed to do my first post!) saying that I was no longer required. I rang them today and they said that its a glitch on their system and infact I shouldn't have been accepted in the first place and that the previous users postboxes was registered to my account.

This isn't very reassuring, surely if we've been accepted we should at least get a chance!!

I just filled it in and got message back saying they dont need me, shame the stamps would have been handy with xmas coming up,

I just wondered when I had last had some stamps and thought it must have been about 4 weeks ago, had just read this thread, looked on the Royal Mail survey site news and features and they have flagged up there the following, so looks like they are late with these, never actually keep a running check of if they are every month, this is what they say on page:
