No choccies for me either. Anyone know if there are any surveys coming up for the £6 vouchers, Ive done three of these this year and its a good boost to my vouchers for Xmas, plus extra stamps of course.
  • I have 1 item to post Fri @ the PO between 10 & 1, then another same time the following Mon but I can't be at the PO between these times. What should I do?

Just post it when you can on that day

    36. The schedule has asked me to post at a point I can not post at what do I do?

Please do not worry if you can not post at exactly the right time or at exactly the right posting point as long as the posting point you do post from is on your list of postboxes and you ensure you tell us which box you actually used.

The time of posting and the posting point is not as important as ensuring the item is posted on the day it needs to be and before the last collection time for that box.

Please ensure you always post from within your postcode area

I had an invite a few days ago for a misdelivery survey, running last week in November/first week in December.

Hi! I've got a question and I hope you can help me. I've been on training for 2 weeks and have posted 4 letters. When I enter the details on the web, one of the questions is "what day does it say on the post box tablet?".
What is the post box tablet? It may be a silly question, but english is not my first language and I'm just assuming that they're asking for the day the letter is supossed to be posted, but I'm not sure...
    Thanks.

On the post box there is a metal tablet that shows a day - ie mon, tue, wed etc

Thats the day you need to enter - i think the postman changes this when they have completed their last collection
