When you get that link, click the down arrow, it will give you a list of Post Boxes that you have registered, if it dosen't, then you will have to register post boxes in your postcode area, you are allowed ten.:D

I signed up for the next misdelivery survey yesterday, think its the last week in Nov to the first week in Dec.

If you are accepted, you will get a confirmation e-mail from RM surveys, likewise if you are not lucky, they will let you know. However, if you haven't heard in the next week or so, contact them, as they my have e-mailed you and it has gone missing.
