Sounds as though there are some crossed wires here. The best thing would be to ring them, I found them really helpful and sorted out a couple of things I wasn't sure about even though it was obvious once it had been explained.

Life's too short to worry about this sort of thing, just give them a ring.

i have emailed them on thurs morning regarding the fact i cant add post boxes so therefore cant put my data up but to my suprise they still havent replied ... hmm.

No, I didn't get an answer to my email either, though mine wasn't as important an issue as yours. Please ring them, I always get a really helpful answer. Emails can get lost, phone calls don't usually. Give them a chance.
