May someone ever so kindly tell me what the yellow stickers are for please? I've just started to receive smarts after finishing training, but can not find any explanations about the yellow stickers! Thank you! :j0

If you read through the training notes /help guides it tells you there. Section 3.3.1 Page 7.
In fact most of my queries have been answered in either the online training guides or the stuff they send out. Worth re-reading for us all maybe.
Or by ringing up during office hours.

HI GM, the yellow stickers are for when you get an item and it may not have an "R" number on it, on the web site you tick does not have R number (or something like that) then it will give you a number to put on one of the yellow stickers, mine started of 0001 then 0002 etc etc then you just stick that 0001 yellow sticker on the front of the envelope that had no R number and it's that simple.
It's all very simple to be honest they just make it look as complicated as hell

After reading about the Royal Mail panel here I have just tried to sign up but, after I've filled in all their little boxes, they are asking for a reference code. As I did not receive an email or a promotional leaflet, I do not have a code. Can anyone here help?
Thank you!

You should be able to select any code. If one doesn't work select another.

It's okay, I found a reference code by Googling "Royal Mail surveys". Why didn't I think of that before?
