Well, no wonder the postal charges keep going up! The RM sent me two letters to post and have now emailed to say don't post them as they have enough people in my area so they are removing me from their list. However, they did say, "Thank you for your recent participation in the Royal Mail survey conducted by Research International, your contribution has been invaluable."
I haven't actually done ANYTHING!! Still, thanks, RM, for the two books of stamps.

Just got this e-mail. Thought would post as i got this letter:

    Dear Panellist,

It is possible that you may receive an incorrect item to post in your
weekly packs for posting over the next few weeks. This is due to a
system error and we apologise in advance if you are affected by this.
The faulty item will be addressed to:

    Mr HMRC BSI
    VAT Controller
    VAT Central Unit
    BD98 1YY

Please do not post this item, either dispose of the envelope or return
it to us, we will send you the correct item in a separate pack, which
    will be addressed:

    VAT Controller
    VAT Central UNIT
    BX5 5AT

This is as your online plan states and will be a preprinted small white
    envelope.

Once again our apologies for this, you will find a book of stamps in the
    pack containing the correct letter.

Many thanks for your continued help and support.
I got this as well. Glad I checked my emails as I was about to post both of them at 7 this morning

They have just done the same to me, after I posted the items they sent me. Also in the letter they said if I receive anything from them in the meantime, if I can utilise it, then do so. So I total agree with you, no wonder the prices are going up, lol

  • Did anyone send their vote in for naming the bears? I was going to for Credit and Crunch but though Frank and Stamp was more appropriate.......

I remember reading here about 'how to encash those stamps we get from royal mail survey'. There was some form to be filled, can someone pls tell me about it. also, how long it take ?

I remember someone saying on the other thread that you can sell them back to the post office but they take off 5% - not sure if there is a form to fill in.

The site is not letting me register my post box and I posted the item in that box today. I have emailed them to see what they say.
