I had similar probs to begin with. They couldn't find 2 of my boxes :eek: & told me not to bother posting in those boxes again. They'll probably email you back tomorrow asking the location of the post box & register it for you, or tell you to scrap it.

They emailed to ask for details for one of them but since then I have problems with the other one lol

They just emailed me saying that there were too many people in my area and:

"Please do not worry about posting or completing information online for any items you may still have or may receive in the near future. If you can use any of the stationery for your own use then please do."

Quite nice of them really, i've got 16 free stamps and 2 free stamped envelopes, yet not had to do anything

Good to know that "your contribution has been invaluable" though.

I did 4 weeks of posting 2 letters (training) but have had nothing else. There's nothing on my posting plan for this week or next when I log in so I'm not sure what's happening. I live in quite a rural area so I'm sure they don't have anyone else in the area doing it

Me too!!! I called to join on Thursday, received welcome pack inc 2 books of stamps Saturday; then an email today saying the above! :mad:
