I emailed them to see why I haven't had anything to post for the last two weeks and next week and this is the reply I got:
We have had a fantastic response from people offering their help on the survey which we are very grateful for, but we have now found that there are some postcode areas where we have too many panelists.
Unfortunately at present the automated recruiting process does not check postcodes against requirements at the point of someone recruiting themselves. However, we are working on a development to our existing system which will analyze new panelist postcodes at the point of recruitment and check them against our existing panel requirements informing recruits at the point of completing the recruitment questionnaire if there is a slot available in their postcode. We hope this development will help prevent any frustration in the future.
Our sincere apologies for any upset caused and thank you for your help on the survey to date.
Kind regards
Postal Survey Team
Maybe I'm being stupid but does that mean I'm still on the survey?

Has everyone had their posting packs for next week? I know they usually send them a week in advance and I've had nothing turn up yet.0

Yeah I won a tenner about July time..... but if the same people are winning the £750 that's a little dubious... twice I'd understand as it *is* random after all... but 4 times you say?
