10th December - Japan, USA, Canada and Eastern Europe.
12th December - Western Europe
18th December - 2nd class UK mail
20th December - 1st class UK mail

They are the last posting dates for items to be sent in time for them to arrive before Christmas. These have nothing to do with the survey and have just been put up as useful information.
