    Got my training pack today. I note that one of my envelopes has to be posted at a Post office, does that mean I have to go inside and have it put in a mail bag or can I use the post box outside - it's not in the wall of the post offices as with larger PO's.

    I have not posted todays item as I have been to the hospital a and e and did not get time. Have a messed up or will they not mind.

    Usually you can just post them the following week on the same day (so next friday).
