Royal Mail Surveys

This may well be survey mail as I have had random mail sent to me, items that look like normal junk. For the past month or so I have been receiving unsolicited letters from a financial services company using my surname and the 'test' initials I use for this survey panel.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar?Like good food and drink?

The letters I'm receiving are regarding home equity release and asking for my personal details. It also includes a prepaid reply envelope. Would this be anything to do with the survey?
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
Ive had similar letters with my test initials. I rang Kantar, and they told me to keep checking the system to see if it appeared (no R number) and return it after 3 weeks.
Ive done this a few times now, and havent been told it isnt part of the survey0 -

Thanks, this has put my mind at rest a little bit. I was concerned that some random company had somehow got hold of my details. I'll get in touch with Kantar tomorrow and check with them.0 -
Hey Folks...
I have been doing this for a while and like most of you here I am getting loads of extra things to send as well as being part of the mis delivery thing.
What I wanted to say and ask is.... I have never logged any mail received for the mis delivery at all even when I do get mail. Am I meant to log what arrives.
I thought we are only logging mis deliveries and none have arrived so I send the forms back blank and they still invite me to do mis deliveries. The art is not in making money, but in keeping it!!!0 -

sorry for late reply, but I have had letters from the SNP and a retirement firm asking for personal details, if you check on the RM site next time you get those letters click on no R number it will then list items you have recieved without R numbers. I would not reply to any survey mail with personal details. If after three weeks it doesn't appear on your list, send it back to Kantar in the BGE (Big Grey Envelope). The letters I'm receiving are regarding home equity release and asking for my personal details. You need to record the number of items received. This way they can also work out the rate of misdeliveries.
If you recorded only the misdeliveries but none of the other mail received, it would look as though your particular home suffered 100% misdeliveries.0 -

Thank you so much for this, I was really concerned that somehow this company had got hold of my details via the survey. The first couple of letters I received only had one of the test initials and stupidly it didn't even occur to me that it was a test item. Yesterday when it arrived with both initials I was quite concerned that my details had been passed on
Thanks again for putting my mind at rest
