    Its a High street voucher - same as what you would get if you do the mis-delivery surveys.

    Its intresting even they don't trust Royal Mail with anything of value without sending it by recorded mail.

    Anyone have problems getting through to the helpline number have tried all day today and they say it is busy. I put my holiday dates in months ago and they have sent me items to post while i am away :confused: has anybody else has this problem.

    Normally the ever helpful Joanne will return your call using the 1471 facility
