Has anyone ever had any problems with them asking you to return smarts that you dont even have?!

Ive got two on the list that need returning that i dont have and ive also got one thats not even listed in the stock list

No prob with smarts . Yet. but they keep sending me emails which tell me off for using yellow stickers. I VE NEVER HAD ANY YELLOW STICKERS, OR EVEN SEEN THEM !!

AND worse than that I havn't got any eggs !!:mad:

You might find the unlisted smarts arrive in posts to you in the next few days as they would know when they were previously despatched where they were due.

I think, the unlisted one can be used next time you need one even if it is not on your list.

You are not forced to do this. Tell them you want to resign.

I am sure any of those who post on here saying they aren't being accepted would love to take your place.

No eggs for me, boo hoo!

Just got the paperwork for my first misdelivery survey, and have 2 queries so hope someone can help me - if I get some misdelivered post do I send it back to them with the weekly papework? And when I have to write down how many items of post I get each day, am I just counting things addressed to me/misdelivered, or am I counting ALL the post ie. things that are addressed to my housemate too?

Does that make any sense? I think I'm just getting myself even more confused - but I am blonde so its not difficult to confuse myself!:rotfl:
