no you dont send misdeliveries back to them either give it to postman post office or whoever it is addressed to. As for counting items delivered if they are delivered to your address count them

No eggs for me, boo hoo!

Just got the paperwork for my first misdelivery survey, and have 2 queries so hope someone can help me - if I get some misdelivered post do I send it back to them with the weekly papework? And when I have to write down how many items of post I get each day, am I just counting things addressed to me/misdelivered, or am I counting ALL the post ie. things that are addressed to my housemate too?

Does that make any sense? I think I'm just getting myself even more confused - but I am blonde so its not difficult to confuse myself!:rotfl:

When you log onto the website, click on Manage my Smarts and then List Smarts currently in my stock.

If they are in red they need to be returned, so click Return smarts to RI and then choose from the drop down box

No mini eggs here either - however I shall hold my head up high, dine on the pink champagne truffles a friend has just given me, knock back another glass of merlot and be grateful I haven't been sacked yet :D
Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...

From what i remember when i made the same mistake, it asks why you didnt put that smart in the test item???

If you didnt say you had misplaced it, then keep hold of it, unless it doesnt appear in the stock listing. If its not listed pop it in a smart envelope and post it back to them.

Has anyone ever had any problems with them asking you to return smarts that you dont even have?!

Ive got two on the list that need returning that i dont have and ive also got one thats not even listed in the stock list
I've had Smarts that are not listed, all I did was wait three weeks and sent them back to them (Kantar) but I 'phoned them and let them know that I was sending them back to them.

  • Hi I never get misdeliveries cos my postman is brilliant but yesterday parcel force brought a parcel with my address but a different name on it. It contained energy light bulbs !!! was this a misdelivery or a genuine mistake do you think?

I am doing a misdelivery survey this week.

Just starting my 1st 2 week survey my notes say ignore anything from parcel force etc. Hope this helps

    YES.YES, YES
I'm glad someone has good ideas like me, I did that at xmas, posted 3 parcels which would of cost £27 if I had to pay, the difference was £1.00 to pay xx
I also am saving up my stamps for xmas. I had to return a parcel the other day to a computer firm. It cost £1.40, used my stamps had to pay and 5p. Then the computer refunded my postage on my bank statement so I turned the stamps into money :T
