    No chocolates for me...just an email saying I'd mailed something wrong which I'm surprised about but they don't give you any details so that I know where I went wrong :( (First time its ever happened)

    I got an email today as well to tell me to stop using yellow stickers ( I posted about this earlier - Post 1811) - but it didn't give me any option to see the scanned photos, when I clicked the 'none of the above' box it just took me straight to a screen that said write this number on a yellow sticker and attach it to the item ?? Have emailed Kantar to ask what's up, hopefully I'll get some nice scanned photos soon!

    It says somewhere that if the item photo isnt available, keep the item for 3 weeks, by which point the items photo should be there

    I got the same email today even though all the items I have received so far have had R numbers!

    I've emailed them querying whether they've got the wrong person as I haven't even seen the yellow labels!
