    i got some mini eggs :eek: thought it was a pack to post lol but then realised it wasnt and so opened it......nice :D

    I got an envelope with my misdelivery survey stuff in yesterday but it had been ripped open! :eek:

    Thankfully all the paperwork including the smaller envelope containing the reward vouchers was still inside. :T

    Hi everyone, I'm still new to this and have a question.

    I've tried reading the FAQ but can't figure it out.

    One of my items to post is a small envelope with a green dot in the outside corner on the back of the envelope. I'm supposed to post it to 'Freepost CGP'

    Is it as simple as stickin the Rnumber sticker on the inside sheet and sending it off as it is? The green dot confused me!

    Ive had some with red dots, not sure what its for tbh. If it says Freepost CGP dont add anything to the address, and just stick the R number sticker on the paper inside.
