I received a magazine yesterday and when I went online to record it it said I had to put a yellow label on it, no sign online of the scanned covers to match up as it shows on the training site. I did phone up to check and the Kantar rep on the other end was surprised, she said it was all supposed to be switched over to the new system. Anyone else still getting yellow label instructions?

I've not had any yellow stickers for ages. It can be three weeks before you see a scanned item on your list. If they (Kantar) say it is o.kto record it with the yellow sticker, just go with that until the whole system gets changed over.

Hi I never get misdeliveries cos my postman is brilliant but yesterday parcel force brought a parcel with my address but a different name on it. It contained energy light bulbs !!! was this a misdelivery or a genuine mistake do you think?

I am doing a misdelivery survey this week.

  • Hi,

At the risk of spoiling the surprise for everyone.... so excited, just got my letters to post for the week after next and there was a sealed padded envelope with something inside. I thought they had sent something in error and when I opened it there was a small bag of Cadbury's Mini Eggs!

What a lovely freebie - I adore Mini Eggs. Thank you Royal Mail surveys!

    Happy munching!

Ooo a lovely treat, I hope I get some!

A quick Q for postal experts on here, please -
I have now amassed a nice little collection of stamps and have a couple of parcels I want to send. Can I stick on 1st class stamps up to the value of the postage? If so, what if I wanted to send the parcel 2nd class, could I still use the 1st class stamps and write 2nd class on the parcel? Thanks for any help.

Yes you can put your stamps on for the value of the postage.

If you put 1st class stamps on i think they can only be used as 1st class and not 2nd, but im not 100%
