    WEEGIE!

I am almost sure if you have more than 6 unassociated Smart's in stock that they ask you to return some using the grey SMART return envelopes. You are allowed to put up to 9 SMART's in one grey envelope.

If you have 9 in stock, you can return 3 of them. On the website, in the Daily Tasks section there is a box with 'Return SMART's to RI'. Click the box and click 'List SMART's currently in my stock'. If none of the SMART's listed in there are highlighted in RED then go back to the 'Return SMART to RI' box and a drop down box will appear listing all your SMART's. Select any 3(make sure you know which ones you select to put in the envelope) and follow the instructions. Put the grey envelope containing SMART's in the post box.

It's dead easy once you get the hang of it.

Hope this is clear, having a no brain day.

I have done that in the past but it won't let you do that unless they(Kantar) request Smarts back. I wasn't complaining but merely making a statement.:D

I've got lots of Smarts too this week. Expect they will ask for them back on Friday. Then the following week, will probably have none, and they will send me one.

So that's where all the Smarts are hiding, I don't have any in stock and haven't had many over the past couple of weeks!

OK:confused: It has worked for me in the past though. Especially whn they allocated SMARTs to items that didn't exist.

You don't have to wait for kantar to request them back, they just come off your stock when someone else uses them or when kantar send them out to someone,if you do that i would send them on fridays(you should return smarts in the small grey envelopes).I have done this in the past without any problems at all.

,if you do that i would send them on fridays along with anything else.

Just in case any newish member is confused, you should return smarts in the small grey envelopes. They should never be sent back with received mail in the large ones.

I'm not actually bothered, just find it funny that i only started 2 weeks ago. Free stamps to post 4 letters, can't complain about that.

I received a magazine yesterday and when I went online to record it it said I had to put a yellow label on it, no sign online of the scanned covers to match up as it shows on the training site. I did phone up to check and the Kantar rep on the other end was surprised, she said it was all supposed to be switched over to the new system. Anyone else still getting yellow label instructions?
