    Tiggypig - I once had a week's pack go missing in the post so it does happen. It was the same month that I also had a delivery from HMV and a sample for a trial from a survey company go missing as well. And that's the sort of thing that made me want to start taking part in the survey in the first place.
    Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...

    March Incentive Stamps:
    For this month only, we are returning to giving our panellists the incentive of 18 x 1st Class Letter stamps. We apologise for any confusion that this causes.
    We intend to revert to the standard incentive of 12 x 1st Class + 4 x 1st Class Large Letter stamps for April.

    Mm, I've had my 18 stamps through for this month, and gladly received. They did have the fancy new coverings, as others have said in this thread recently; I haven't tried to use one yet, so it could get interesting when I do.

    On an unrelated note, I've got an item going out on Thursday, and it hasn't had a SMART allocated yet. I've got one spare; should I shove that in and tell them on Posted Items that I put a different SMART in?

    If they haven't automatically associated a SMART for you then as you are entering your prepared items it will ask you if you have included a SMART and a drop down list of ones in your stock will come up. You just enter the one you have put in your item then. HTH :)
